Refund policy

EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICY

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged. You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. Once approved, your return must be shipped back within 10 days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start an exchange or if you have any questions, reach out to us at info@creekrat.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
