EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICY
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. Once approved, your return must be shipped back within 7 days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At checkout/cart, customers may have the option to add Return Shipping + Package Protection to their order. This add-on includes:
Free return shipping if you decide to return an eligible item within our return window
Free exchange shipping (when applicable)
Package protection for eligible shipment issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit
If you do not add Return Shipping + Package Protection, you are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
