Thank you for shopping with Creek Rat.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after shipment: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.

International Shipping

At the moment, we ship internationally only to Canada.

We’re a small team, but we’re hoping to expand internationally later this year. We really appreciate you thinking of us and hope we can get some Creek Rat pieces to you soon.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Creek Rat is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Verification

If an order requires address verification, we will contact the customer via email.

Orders requiring address verification will be automatically canceled and refunded after 14 days if we do not receive a response.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Creek Rat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
